What we keep

When you book with us on this website, on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger, we keep your name, your phone number or chat id, the messages you send our booking assistant, and your appointment details (barber, date, time, and what was done).

Why

Only to run your appointment: showing free times, confirming and reminding you, telling our barbers, and keeping the shop's records and earnings. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The shop's owner and barbers. Messages travel through the messaging platform you used (Meta for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger) and our hosting provider, which store them for us.

How long

Chat messages are removed after 90 days. Appointment and earnings records are kept so the shop can keep accurate books.

Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Send us a message from the account you used to book, or write to us, and say "delete my data":

We confirm by the same channel once it is done, normally within 7 days.

Cancel an appointment

Use My booking on our home page with your reference and phone number.
